Poor Customer Service. A couple of years ago, I had an appointment here, and my stylist took another customer before I came, leaving me to wait for 30 mins before I got fed up and left. I switched salons, but the other one I went to closed, so I tried Shakti again about a year ago, and for my last appointment, the same thing happened again. Apparently they take walk ins even when they have an appointment scheduled. The hair cuts are good, but not great, and I had a bad dye job there once. But the inconsiderate service has me searching for another salon again.
