Best Place to Live. I love living at Green Acres. I have been here for 6 months now. The grounds are well kept and I have never had a problem with any of the managerial staff or maintence. The people in this community are very freindly. I love coming home from work into a community that feels like it is a world of it's own. The pool is well kept in the summer months and the gym is wonderful. The community room is very nice too. My apartment is very spacious and everything in it is modern. I also love sitting on my balcony and reading. Staff is willing to do anything to make your apartment feel like home. Before I moved in the maintanence staff actually painted my bedroom for me the color I wanted, all I had to do is buy the paint. That was the best thing they could have done for me. It is a very quite place to live and I would recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful Property, Great Location, Polite Staff, and Gorgeous Grounds. I have been living here now for 2 years, and it was right when the new owners took over the property. I have to say, honestly, that I've never enjoyed living anywhere as much as here. The apartments are large and spacious, the hallways are beautiful, and the landscaping makes you never want to leave. There is a new pool now, the gym is fantastic, and a community center that makes you feel at home.

I think the new owners must have put a lot of money into this place. They've renovated this whole place, and my friends are all moving here now because Green Acres is the BEST place to live in Kingston.

I'm really happy being here, and I recommend this to all of you out there.

Would not recommend Green acres apartment complex to anyone. I am sharing a painful experience about my stay in the apartment complex of SDK( Green acres apartment). I live on first floor and people who live above us are very noisy, especially after 11:00 pm. Keep hearing their thumping noise of walking almost whole night, every night. They keep having wild parties and thats disturbing due to the noise and shouting. In good weather they smoke in the balcony and the smoke comes down into my apartment which makes me nauseous.

Have requested the management so many times about it but the management looks helpless too. Feel like trapped here as the lease is still remaining for 9 more months and the management is too weak to take care of the disturbance which doesn't let me sleep in the night.

I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

Absolutely Awful. Do not move here. Rent is overpriced for these very old buildings. The grounds are not kept clean, trash bins are always overflowing, office personell speaks broken english.

Air conditioning does not cool upstairs, and barely cools downstairs.

The gym is horrible. Hasn't had any new equipment in so long. Everything is outdated.
