Truly Beautiful Flora. I can not speak of the customer service, because I did not order the flowers. They were ordered for us by our funeral director, Tom McLaughlin. We told him what color we felt comfortable with for my brother and he did the rest. Well, I guess Mattern's did the rest after they got the order. I never really noticed flowers too much before these. Now I know the difference. Tom taught me a lot about balance and flow of flowers, maybe these guys taught him. I will buy all my flowers here from now on.
