Not impressed. I live 5,000 miles away from my family. When one member ended up in the hospital, I wanted to send something to showed I cared. I went onto the FTD website and chose a beautiful arrangement- in the middle size "better". However, when they arrived, I was told that they were nice, but "so tiny". I asked a family member to send me a photo.

I got the photo and it look somewhat like the smallest size, but no where near as full as in the photo. It definitely wasn't the size I had ordered- at an extreme price. Luckily FTD refunded a portion of my money, but it still didn't sit well with me that my family member didn't get the gift I had intended.

The one good thing was that the flowers were fresh.

When you pay so much money for an "expertise", like flower arrangement, You'd expect to get what you paid for....
