Recently purchased a complete Kitchen Aid package from Rebennack's. We ordered the package on a Tuesday and they called us on Friday to tell us it came in. They delivered it first thing Monday morning, set everything up and hauled the old stuff away. We were amazed on how clean the kitchen was when they were done. Great service and by the way we shopped all around town and they had the best prices.

checked all over town but they had the best prices!!! The salesman Ed was very knowledgeable about the product. And the delivery guys Dave and Mike were very professional. Set everything up to include leveling. Very happy with our purchase of the Crosley washer and dryer. GREAT job guys!!!!
We had purchased a whirlpool hood off Rebennacks last year. Looked great worked great long story short we must of had a power surge that blew the motor in it. Not only did they get us a new hood when they came over to install it they found that our contractor had it supported it the wrong way inside the wall. They must have spent two hours reinstalling it the proper way and didn't ask me for a dime to do it. Great guys, great service would recommend them to anyone
GREAT PLACE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. THE SALESMAN HELPED ME PICK OUT A WASHER AND DRYER WITH THE FEATURES I WANTED. THEY HAD THE BEST PRICE IN TOWN. AND THEY DELIVERED MY PURCHASE THE VERY NEXT DAY AND REMOVED THE OLD WASHER AND DRYER AT NO CHARGE.
Great service.... Purchased a whole Jenn Air kitchen set and received a free dish washer. Owner Jim personally came with delivery guys to install equipment. Very friendly and easy to deal with.....
horrible service after the sale.
I purchased a frig from them on 11/6/11 it had scratched doors the OWNER Jim told me they would have the doors ordered and replaced in 2 weeks
that was not true we got the frig home and it was brand new and didn't even work the came out 2 days later to fix it as maybe they should check there products b4 sending ppl home with a frig that doesn't work and the story begins...
today is 2/21/12 you can do the math ...
we just had the fridge door installed 2 weeks ago still waiting on the freezer door by the way they dont match .
they claimed the problem was amana /whirlpool
FYI it's not they actually didi't order the doors until 1/13/12 after finally contacting amana/whirlpool on 1/11/12
wow how shady is that and we are still waiting for the freezer door! it takes 4-6 weeks to get doors due to the fact they are custome made.
awsomes services. i just recently purchased several appliances from rebennacks appliance.... let me tell you they have the best prices and were very polite to me... i had receved my appliances the next day... the delivery guy dave was very professional and so was the other guy i appoligze i didnt catch his name.... i would recommend rebennacks appliances to friends nd family i am very pleased with the services i recieved........ thank you
Terrible repair service.
I am not complaining about the product.
I AM complaining about the service department.
After numerous phone calls they eventually show up to service a product sold by them.
The two separate times they came I was not satisfied
and had to call back to schedule another visit which has not happened yet and it has been three months and way too many phone calls!
I would Not recommend this company.
Very poor customer service. My husband and I were looking for a used washer and dryer. I am one of those customers who actually reads reviews when I go shopping, regardless of the amount of money I'm spending. After I read the previous two reviews, I told my husband that I did not want to buy from this place because of the reviews. Well, he convinced me that maybe the other customers were exaggerating. But they weren't! We went to the store and the sales guy first said that they didn't have any used appliances and tried to sell us the brand new ones, which we didn't need; so as we were leaving, they remembered that they actually had a pair of used washer and dryer in the basement. They told us that they were going to "go through it, clean it, fix any broken pieces and deliver it two days later." We were thrilled! So instead of paying them later, we paid the entire bill right then and there. Then comes the delivery; the machines were filthy dirty and the dryer had so much lint that I filled two shopping bags with it! We called them so they can come and open the dryer and clean the inside of it as this is a fire hazard and they said they were coming over the next day! Needless to say that this was 2 weeks ago, we have called them about 4-5 times after this and they still haven't shown up. I realize that the machines are used, but imagine if they were brand new! Would they have honored their warranty? I think not! Just remember, Rebennack's, that for every customer like me that you disregard, there are hundreds of people that we will tell about our experience at your business! I think that if you want to stay in business in this economy, you need to take a "customer service" course!
Worst Owner Ever!!!!. Disgusting, fowl, evil. He will rent his double block to any dirt bag with a section 8 review. He gets his money so what does he care. I loved having exterminators here for the rats and bugs living next door. By the way, the guy next door went to jail for stealing from the other side of the double block. WAY TO GO Rebenack. You are a dirty loser.
