Box store inventory with "mom and pop" service. I've been shopping at Keefer's for years and have never had a bad experience. My close friends are in the same boat- years of business and always a pleasant experience. So naturally I am shocked to see the negative reviews here and really believe that a few bad apples needed to make their ridiculous complaints heard. It's always the unreasonable customer that runs home and jumps on google to make their "bad" experience known, never the satisfied one. The satisfied customer shows their gratitude by coming back and shopping again, which I always will. You simply cannot beat Keefer's prices on Carhartt (I buy for my brothers) and the staff there is always more than happy to help me out. Don't be afraid to try this store out, you won't be disappointed.

family owned and operated. I have been shopping at keefers for a few years now. They have everything I need for the construction workers in my family. You are greeted by an employee as soon as you enter, and given as much or little assistance as you would like. They have handed me specific items in the exact size I request, cutting down my shopping time from 45 minutes to 10. Ive been in customer service for the past 7 years, and I would certainly recommend Keefers.

Friendly and Courteous Service. Recently was in Keefer's to do my Christmas shopping for a few different people. The staff there was very helpful in finding everything I needed to complete my shopping.

Rude. I would like to say that Keefers employees are RUDE! I have worked with people my whole life, and never do you give a customer attitude even if the customer is wrong you people are awful, and should care alittle bit about customers and want to help them and go out of your way to satisfy the customers. NOT Keefers the people that work there!! they could not be bothered I bet half the customers dont know if you spend over $100 dallors they give a Keefers T shirt they dont tell you that!

Bad exp with this merchant.
I purchased a total of 6 pair of Levis 505 jeans from this merchant
The size was 32X36
One of the pair of jeans had the belt loop bust.
I took them back for replacement and the fellow there was the most ignorant person I have ever met.
I work in customer service and helpdesk for a living and if I ever treated a person like he did me I would have not only been fired but probably docked pay.
I called levis and I got no hassle and I let them know of this incident as well
