Avoid for small group/individual deliveries! Always late, always wrong orders!. Based on experiences at RCN (Wilkes-Barre)....

When Norm's handles catered corporate events, it's usually fine. Because there is only one item they need to bring. Plain pizza. And really, any pizza place that isn't maintained by complete morons can handle that.

No, the problem arises with personal orders, or orders in small groups. Especially when you are restricted to a half hour lunch, delivery time is IMPORTANT.

The orders are ALWAYS wrong in some way.

The order is always late.

And get this... If we call about it, THE OWNER YELLS AT US for his mistake. He actually said "I DON'T NEED YOUR BUSINESS" after someone from the center called about a wrong order. FINE WITH US. We don't need to GIVE you business. You are even taken off the menus site we have here online.

The owner of this place is one of the most RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL people I've ever dealt with.

This place makes a decent pizza, but so do about 30 other places in the immediate area. Unless you don't care about your delivery being late, and wrong, don't give this place any business.
