BEST SUBS AND WINGS IN THE COUNTY. THE PRICES ARE ABOUT NORMAL FOR THE AREA,VERY CLEAN INSIDE AND THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY. IT IS ONE OF OUR FAVORITE STOPS.
Good Food, poor customer service.
The owner of this place is a cantankerous old man that will yell at you if you change your order, even before the order is done, and even if you've been a customer for years!
Good food, but not good enough for me to get treated like something that this guy just stepped on.
Good food but REPEATEDLY SHORTED OR OVERCHARGED. Good food but BUYER BEWARE. My family ordered from Philadelphia Subs regularly until one day we were dividing up an order of 50 wings and found it to be short by 7 wings. I complained to them and they added 7 wings they had shorted us to our next order. In several following transaction afterwards we checked our orders and all came up short of the full 50 count. My final order, placing the order by just a first name, I asked the person on the phone to make sure the count was correct and joked that the order was to be evenly split by 5 ravenous people that could spark a war if anyone was shorted. The order was for 50 wings at $17.50 plus 6% tax putting the total at $18.55. When I came to pick the order up from the same person, she tried to charge me almost $22.85. When I said I thought it was $17.50 she tried to cover it up by saying "Tax". I advised her my math wasn't that bad. I nor any of my friends and family have been back since these repeated attempts at theft. Accidentally shorting an order can be expected occasionally. This is habitual. Either the owner, an older person, is condoning this action or she herself is being robbed by her employees. My guess it, that with as many orders that they sell, it would be easy to add the shortages to additional sales that gets pocketed with no overhead. Either way, they have lost the business of my family and our friends and we have all spread the word of this disreputable establishment.
Italian Hoagie and Middleswarth Chips Please. Being stuck in the deep south my best bet for a sandwich is Subway and that does not do justice to a sandwich and is an embarrassment to places like this. I can already tell you my order for my next visit to Northeast, PA. Italian hoagie, a birch beer and a bag of Middleswarth BBQ chips. This is one of my stops every time I am in the valley and as long as they are open each time I will be stopping. Mouth is watering thinking of my next visit.
Great, Quality Food. Looking for the best cheesesteak in the Valley? You'll find it here! Also the best hoagie is made to order. Cannot beat the wings either. Fair prices considering the quality of food you are getting. Comfortable atmosphere with unbelievable food.
