Ignorance !!!.
Basically I would not send my worst enemy to this office ! First and formost they do not have a billing department so you must have ALL of the money upfront before they will even speak to you ! The waiting list for tooth extraction is over 7 MONTHS !!!! If you miss that appointment or you're not able to have your insurance working properly for you guess what?? you have to wait ANOTHER 7 -MONTHS- for a new appointment !
Then when you call them to find someone else in the valley to do the work they DENY you of your xrays that you PAID FOR? saying it is not there 'policy' what a crock !!!
