Promised a "perfect" wedding and didn't follow through. We were spoken down to and spoken over with every request that we made. The very "professional" staff didn't keep records of deposits made, didn't supply the studs and cuff links for all wedding party members and then withheld the refunds because the owner said all tuxedos are double checked and we absolutely received all accessories. When placing a complaint with the owner we were told that we were wrong on all counts. No effort was made to please the customer. And as a final note, when complaining about the fit of the suit for the 7 year old ring bearer, the owner stated that look was more important than fit.
