Horrible customer service. I decided to give this place a second try after they messed up my daughter's birthday balloon order (I had to wait an hour for them 2 years ago after I ordered them days in advance to be ready for a specific time). I went there again last week to get some balloons blown up (as they advertise they do) and you would think I was asking them to cut their right arms off. The lady who waited on me was not nice and even made me put the strings on the balloons (a paying customer). I did not feel very welcome in this store---my advice: be aware of and be nice to yoru customers!
