I had a great time getting my eye exam done here!! Dr. Michele was so much fun and full of so much good info that I never got from my prior doctor!! The ambience of the place is incredible. They accepted my insurance without any hassle and I got some sexy Bulgari glasses. Kids and hubby going next week. A++

Incredible glasses - great people. This is about the Kingston branch.

Our family is from Dallas and we are new to the area. We saw Michelle's photo and ad in the Times Leader and I think on her website. We scheduled an appointment and got in with relative ease, and the insurance was computer automated. We were treated like gold from the time we walked in the door and the things that impressed my husband and I the most is that Michelle spent alot of time with us and our children and explained everything.

Some of us needed glasses and contacts and there was so much to choose from but Michelle was great she actually helped us narrow our choices and pick our glasses, which we love.

Not much else I can say but it was the best eye exams we and our children ever had. Also, there are some really funky sunglasses.

Best Eye Exam & Glasses. I had the best eye exam ever with Dr. Michele. I could have gone to the Old Forge or Kingston office - so I went to Old Forge. The Dr. took her time and explained everything to me, I was not rushed and she and her staff helped me pick out an awesome pair of Gucci glasses. To top it off they accept my insurance and I used my flex spending account from work to cover the rest. This was the best place and I am going back for my sunglasses. A++++++

The Worst. I would give less than 1 star but it won't let me.

Every singe time I go to this place there is a problem. The first time I chaulked it up to anyone can make a mistake. Well, silly me, after 4 screw ups Im done. They do not give you all the information, when they do, it's wrong or you get a different answer from someone else. They've even ended up ordering the wrong contacts for us. Not to mention when we returned them, they took thyem back and would not give us all 4 back but only 2 boxes. Unbelieveable. Definitely avoid this place!
