HORRIBLE. Most of the girls are very nice, professional, and do an excellent job. The owner, Jane, is a nightmare. She will refuse to do a style or cut that you ask for, which would be fine if it was in your best interest, however I used to walk out with my hair styled TERRIBLY. She does not know how to do all types of hair, shoves her opinions down your throat instead of working with you to find a style/cut/color you love, and borders on rude. I don't live in the area anymore, so my opinion might not matter much as I don't even have the opportunity to have my hair done here anymore, but I am telling you, AVOID THIS PLACE.
