You'll love it. I have been going to Alexander's for years and I would never go anywhere else. The receptionists and the operators could not be any sweeter or more accommodating! I can't believe these reviews! Maybe they are just from the competition because no other place can compare.

Obnoxiously rude staff, Poor customer service, Avoid all together. Held a party there. What was promised was not delivered. Reception staff was extremely rude. My party waited in the reception area, rather than being "pampered" in their special affair lounge. Missed out on future business opportunities from several prospective clients. Very Very disappointed. If you're still reading this than you deserve to be ripped off and insulted as well.

Terrible Customer Service. This Day Spa has an absolute gorgeous decor however, the decor does NOT speak for the receptionists that works at Alexander's. I have had several bad experiences with the MANAGER and some of the front desk employees'....they have been rude and obnoxious to me on several different occasions. Being rude while trying to schedule an appointment just doesn't settle well with me especially when I am the one who is paying the company for their "beauty and wellness". Therefore, I will not go back there again!

Very Pleased. Alexander's is unlike any other Spa I have visited in this area. Immediately after walking in, I was taken back by how beautiful it is. They have a variety of spa services to choose from. I enjoyed The Ultimate Day at the Spa package...it was a taste of everything they have to offer and worth every cent. They even feed your meter for you if you are parked on the street! I will be returning to Alexander's.

Poor service. I just would like to say that the service at this salon is terrible. The people are rude and treat people like outsiders. One women who was extremely rude is the receptionist and I will no longer go to this establishment because of this woman. She has a bad reputation, too.
