Not What I Expected from the Name. We stayed at the Inn at Nichols Village the first week in Nov. We'd never been to Scranton, but it's close proximity to the Poconos led us to believe that from the name, the "Inn at Nichols Village" would be a quaint little inn in a small town atmosphere ~ so, when we arrived at the motor hotel on the main strip in Clarks Summit, we were definitely surprised! This motel is adequate and a short stay, nothing fancy but clean and utilitarian.
