I’ve only ever had positive experiences with this Fed-Ex center and Fed-Ex in general.

My deliveries often arrive a day earlier than stated on the tracking page, and generally come before noon. The delivery man is very professional and found my house on the first try, which isn’t easy as I live out in the boonies and the house is not easily visible from the road.

I just used their automated system to hold a package at this center which was due to delivered on Monday (its Friday now) no less than 20mins later I got a call from the center saying I could come pick up my package.

I got there, got the package quickly, and went home. Fast, easy and professional all around.

I AGREE FEDEX SUCKS, SUCKS. I TELL PEOPLE AND EBAYS TO SEND ME PACKAGES POSTAL SERVICE OR UPS, IN 4 YEARS I HAB 8 PACKAGES ALSO, NOT ONCE DOES THIS PERSON COME TO MY DOOR, I'LL SIT THERE AND WAIT, MY LAST PACKAGE WAS TODAY AND THE PERSON SCANNED "DELIVERED AND LEFT ON PORCH" I WENT OUTSIDE TO MY FRIENDS HOUSE NEXT DOOR" NO PACKAGE, I CALLED THEM UP AND THEY SAID HE MADE A ERROR, SO WHY DID HE SCAN IT DELIVERED. WHY DIDNT THEY FIX IT SO IT COULD BE SEENED, I DONT KNOW HOW THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS, NOW I HAVE TO DRIVE A HOUR UP THERE TO PICK IT UP AS ALWAYS.

FED OUCH! No Stars!!. On Several occasions I had Fed Ex Deliver to my house, ( not by MY Choice)YIKES. on 3 Different deliveries, I watched the Same Driver pass my house and I had to go and wait out in the street for him to come back with the Same Question Is this 104??? CAN WE SAY DUH!!! Same Driver Same House Same THing every time , Call Down to Dupont, GIve Explicit Directions to the Inch and have to Flag down the Driver! As Much As I do Not like UPS , They are always on Time and Never miss a beat. ( I worked for them and see how some Items get handled , especially during Christmas! )

Fed-ex is horrible.. Can I give zero stars?

Fed-Ex is the worst package delivery service I have ever dealt with. I buy and sell items on eBay often, never do I ship with Fed-Ex, though sometimes things get shipped to me via Fed-Ex, and as soon as it is shipped, I know there will be trouble. Out of eight times that I have had things shipped to me, eight times I have had to drive to Pittston to pick it up. They always say "Delivery exception, address is incorrect" but not once do they ever make it up the private drive to look for houses. They have left slips in my mailbox saying 'which house?' though the houses up here are clearly marked with 6 inch tall numbers right next to the front doors.

UPS always delivers on time, to my door. Fed-Ex never delivers, and I have to waste my time and gas money to go pick up something that was supposed to be delivered to my door.

Zero Stars Would Be More Accurate.. Fedex consistently "loses" our packages, doesn't bother showing up, or creates a made up excuse for a "delivery exception".

The drivers out of this location are ignorant and lazy.

FedEx Sucks. I order a lot of repair parts and have NEVER had FedEx make a delivery on time! I dread seeing the shipper note that an item I need quickly is being shipped on time. It happened again today. I use Amazon a lot for parts shipping and was informed that the item would arrive today via FedEx. As usual I tracked the delivery all day after it was noted that the package was "out for delivery" from the FedEx depot in Pittston. Of course, just an hour ago I received the same old message that the shipment was delay for "external" reasons (read: the driver was too lazy to make the delivery. I have never had one single problem with UPS and when the item tracking process states the "in is out for delivery" it ALWAYS arrives on time by a totally professional driver.Needless to say, FedEX sucks!!
