Raw meat - belligerent manager – Blooming onion, salad were good. The entree came out absolutely raw. The manager, John Hess argued with us that it was cooked. Put a broiler burn on the outside and argued with us again. We brought it home to cook. Boomerangs, Aussie flags, kangaroo portraits and faux aboriginal art honor the homeland's wilderness, but Outback delivers a polished version of rusticity with varnished blond-wood booths with matching wainscoting and casually uniformed waitstaff.
