Best Children's Store Anywhere!!!.
I just joined citysearch and wanted to review my favorite store. I was shocked to see a negative review by jezzie01. I, and everyone I know, have shopped at molly b's for years with my 4 children (and a stroller). The people who work there are wonderful. Yes the space is tight - BUT it is because they have the largest selection of georgeous clothing I have found in a boutique (and I have been to many!) There is no need to travel to NY or Philly, you can find what you need here in Scranton.
As for jezzie01 - I would ask your friend what she was doing with her stroller?
As I always do - I highly recommend this store to everyone. Great customer service, great selection, close to home. A++++
Kind, Caring People & gorgeous clothing. The Folks at Molly B have great heart. In addition to beautiful, quality children's clothing for those of us who can afford them, they reach out to others in the community. These are Families who could never afford such beautiful clothing by making donations to various charities on a regular basis. Our small Appalachian community recently received a huge shipment of Childrens' clothing donated by Molly B. Now Children who would have to start school without anything nice to wear are now able to go to School and Church in nice clothes like everyone else. They have never seen clothing as beautiful as these. Their younger Siblings received beautiful things as well. These are Children whose Families have to send them to School in a sweatshirt in the dead of winter for lack of a winter coat. I wish I could show you the smile on the faces of the Mothers and Children alike as they spoke more than my poor words. Your generosity is so greatly appreciated. Thanks, Molly B for all you do for the little ones.
Horrible customer service. Although the clothing is absolutely adorable, service is terrible. Friends were treated very rudely for having a baby carriage. How on earth can a business which supposedly caters to children be so unaccomodating? The poorly planned shopping space is not the fault of the consumer. I believe the owner is responsible for the Curiosity Shop (which is also impossible to navigate.) There are plenty of other stores in the immediate area with better service and atmosphere in which to purchase high end childrens clothing and Vera Bradley purses. Do yourself a favor, go to Clarks Summit!
