Sold Spoiled Product; No Returns or Refund.
Purchased 6 containers of shisha from there and all tasted and smelled awful. Assumed it was the brand of shisha so I called them and they assured me it must have been Utopia's fault for not rotating stock. They sent me new shisha directly from the warehouse and it tasted great.
Called Utopia and informed them about the problem, they said they don't offer refunds, but to call back in a few days to talk to a manager. Called the manager as directed and she said she won't refund money or replace the spoiled product. She said she couldn't prove the date they got the shipment, but she knows it can't be too old. Offered 15% off my next purchase at the store instead.
As much as I'd love 15% another $30 of expired product, I'll decline ever shopping there again since they don't stand behind their products or stock rotation.
